SERMON PREVIEW: A fresh look at Cuba and how it fits with the vision of Cornerstone.
CIA: Don't forget your chunky soup and evaporated milk on February 5th for Feed Nova Scotia
HAVE YOU CONSIDERED THE EARLY SERVICE?: The 10:30 service is beginning to get back to capacity and if we are going to continue to reach new people we need some more room. A couple of options 1) $2,000,000.00 would build an extension 2) Some more folks could move to the 9 a.m. service. If you can help with the first please contact Mike Kneebone, if you can help with the second we will see you at 9 this Sunday. Thanks for your help.
CHURCH PHOTO DIRECTORY: We are beginning the update process for the church photo directory. If you have never had your families picture taken for the directory or need to update your picture (The pre-schooler in the picture is now in High School) Mike will be taking them after each service in the conversation area by the fireplace.

IGNITE PIZZA PARTY: Feb 24th at 6:30 at the church. When we arrive we will make pizzas together and then while the pizzas are cooking we will watch a Christian comedian on DVD. Then we will eat the pizza and have a treat for dessert.
CIA: The
C.I.A. team has been called into action once again, and we need your
help!
The Phoenix Youth program (www.phoenixyouth.ca) downtown needs some
painting done in one of their supervised youth homes in Halifax. There
are several rooms that need to be painted, so the more people that can
help, the better!
This will take place on Saturday, February 28th from about 9:00AM to
whenever we are finished. If we get enough people, we could work in
three hour shifts and hopefully get all the rooms painted in one day!
We would need to bring our own painting supplies, so if you do not
have any and you would still like to help, please let me know.

SERMONS FROM SEUSS 2: You won't want to miss March as we dig into "The Lorax", "One Fish Two Fish", "Horton Hatches an Egg" and "Did I Ever Tell You How Lucky You Are?"
PROMISE KEEPERS: Men, prepare to be challenged this year's theme is "Built For Battle" and a variety of speakers will be challenging our hearts on April 27 and 28 at the Rock Church. For more info and to register as a group see Mark Harris.
WEEKLY EVENTS
LIGHTS, CAMERA, JESUS: The study "Lights, Camera, Jesus" happens on Sunday Evenings. Each evening will begin with a potluck dinner at 5:30 p.m. followed by movie about the life of Christ at 6:30 p.m. and a short study following the movie. For more information contact Denn. (This Study will resume on March 4th with the Cotton Patch Gospel)
CONSUMED: Youth Group (Grades 7 -12) meets each Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
PLAY GROUP: Do
you have little kids? Here's an opportunity for them to enjoy playing
with friends while you spend time with big people. The Playgroup meets
at the church Thursdays from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m.
CORNERSTONE PRAYER TEAM:
Meets at Cornerstone on Thursdays at 12:30pm. Everyone is
welcome!
LADIES BIBLE STUDY: Meets at
